BOSTON — A scuffle between members of the groundbreaking various rock band Jane’s Dependancy got here amid “stress and animosity” throughout their reunion tour, lead singer Perry Farrell’s spouse stated Saturday.
The band is understood for edgy, punk-inspired hits “Been Caught Stealing” and “Mountain Tune” within the late Nineteen Eighties and early Nineties as the choice rock and grunge music actions have been rising.
In movies put up on social media from Friday evening’s live performance in Boston, Farrell, 65, is seen singing loudly into his mic after which lunging at guitarist Dave Navarro, bumping Navarro along with his shoulder earlier than taking a swing at Navarro along with his proper arm. On Instagram, Jane’s Addition issued a “heartfelt apology,” saying, “in consequence, we will probably be cancelling tomorrow evening’s present in Bridgeport,” and that tickets will probably be refunded.

The band’s “Imminent Redemption” tour began in early August and has 15 dates left, together with a present in Connecticut on Sunday evening.
